FAQ's
Although you may not see it, there are still harmful germs and odors that can linger even though your trash can appears clean! We will still make sure it is cleaned, disinfected, and smells fresh! If you are a premium monthly subscriber and aren’t interested in our bi-monthly can cleaning, contact us, and we would be happy to update your monthly plan!
If your cans are typically put away in your garage, we ask for a garage code or some way to access the can in the garage. All of our employees are screened and have had a background check prior to joining our crew to ensure your personal property is safe. If you don’t feel safe sharing access to your garage with us, we will text you the day before trash day to remind you to leave the can outside your garage so we can get it to the curb on time! If we do have access to your home, we will make sure the door is shut as soon as we roll the trash out and after we return your can!
If we are unable to get to your can before trash day, it will miss the trash truck. That’s not a good way to start trash week! (See Terms and Conditions for more information.)
If your cans are typically locked behind a fence, we ask that you unlock the fence the day we roll them out. PLEASE make sure your dogs are nice, or put away if they are in a yard we have to access by gate. We don’t want to let the dogs out (Who-Who-Who- Who).

During periods of inclement weather, primarily snow and ice, your trash pickup provider may need to
delay or suspend collection for the safety of the public and their drivers.
Depending on the conditions, collection may be suspended or delayed for the entire city, resulting in everyone’s collection being delayed one day. It is more likely that a partial suspension would occur where individual neighborhoods or streets are delayed due to the terrain and/or conditions in that particular area. In this situation, the rest of the city would be collected as normal, and the areas with delayed collection would be collected as soon as conditions allowed.
